Madeline Musico, Webb School of Knoxville, Class of 2015 Senior Portraits, Noelle Bell Photography

I am so happy to share some of Madeline’s senior portrait images. She is a stunningly beautiful and very talented young lady who attends Webb School of Knoxville who Noelle Bell Photography had the privilege of photographing in the fall with a theatrical like second shoot scheduled for the spring.  Madeline lived in Texas before this where she was involved in competitive theatrical programs, so she came to Knoxville, TN with star quality. We didn’t get the second shoot in between the craziness of so many college applications, college visit and her schedule with the spring play she was in at Webb. Her mom came in and to look at the images and she was blown away by how beautiful her daughter was.

Here are some of the images from the shoot we did at Noelle Bell Photography’s studio.

I love how gorgeous this image is and sultry look in her eyes is killer!

Sage Weber, Bearden High School Senior, Knoxville TN, Noelle Bell Photography

Last Wednesday Noelle Bell Photography had the pleasure of capturing Sage Weber’s high school senior portraits.  Sage has the ability to graduate a year ahead of her class and so she decided to do it.   So this session was a sweet 16, senior portraits and graduation all rolled into one.  Sage, her mom and I traveled to downtown Knoxville and endured the cold weather to capture some beautiful images of Sage.  We had about an hour before the sun went down so we drove around warming up in the car as we went from place to place in the downtown area.   Then we stopped back at the studio for a few close up head shots and fun with all my hats and fur’s!  It was a fun filled evening of laughter, coffee and well, here are two images from the session.  It’s a sneak peek as Sage and her mom are on their way to see the images now!

Photo Walk with my Photography Students at the Dogwood Arts Festival 2014, Knoxville TN

This past weekend I met two of my Photography students for a photo walk on Market Square at the Dogwood Arts Festival Art Fair.  We met up at my one of my favorite coffee shops Coffee and Chocolate, where there was a band entertaining the crowd and the Cruze Farm truck parked outside.  Caroline and Nate started capturing some images at the information booth where the flowers were available for purchase, I took some images of them in action.  These two are really excited about photography and since we are all Nikon users, they were able to try out some of my lenses and capture some macro images throughout the day.

It was nice to visit with some of my favorite vendors and to see all the new ones that had come for this event.  I had asked the kids to be sure to ask if they could take photos when they went up to the vendor booths and all but one of them were perfectly happy to allow them to do so.  Both of the kids had a blast and we wound up staying a lot longer than we all anticipated.  Luckily the parents and grandparents were happy to enjoy the festival and let us enjoy the day.  Here are some pictures from the day.

We got to stop by and see some of Marble City Glassworks new pieces.

And there were some pageant ladies with their crowns handing out goodies to eat everywhere.  This young lady was in the running for Miss Pre-Teen Tennessee.

Then Nate wanted me to take a close up of his eye….so of course, why not!  🙂

We took a break to grab some Rita’s ice!

Then we headed back through the square after I showed them Earth to Old City and captured some of the awesome lights that I someday will have a place to put up!

And finally the coolest thing ever, the Living Garden!  This was so cool!

Then we headed down to the old city to stop at Remedy Coffee, for my favorite drink a Hazelnut latte.

Then I made sure to capture a few more images before we headed back to meet their parents and grandparents.

Of course a silly one first this was on our way to Remedy.

It was a great day to enjoy the Dogwood Arts festival and we all had a great time!  I look forward to doing another photo walk with these two again!  Teaching is such a joy especially when you have students that are eager to learn.

Madison Ivey, Clinton High School Class of 2014 Senior

This past year Madison was a spokesmodel for Noelle Bell Photography and we have had a blast over the year!  It all began back in February of last year when we did a fun shoot downtown with one of my 2013 senior spokesmodels, Caitlin Clayton and her mom Suzanne Clayton who is a hair and makeup artist.  Suzanne did a fun look for Madison and then we began the fun.  Madison is a dancer at the Dream Dance studio in Clinton, TN.

And here are a few images I could not share at the February shoot, but I can now.

This past year I had an opportunity to partner with Vintage Southern to photograph their clothes with some of my high school seniors and Madison was able to come along.  Here are a few of my favorite images from that shoot.

Before her senior session I had an opportunity to capture some images inside the Historic Tennessee Theatre of two of Bella Boutique’s prom dresses and Madison was thrilled as a dancer to be able to actually dance on the stage of the TN Theatre.  She has her heart set on coming back to dance professionally there someday.   The amazing Raymie Alsobrooks was there to do hair and makeup for this shoot and she was amazing!   Here are some of the images from that shoot.

And finally came her senior session.  Outside in the beautiful sun, with a bunch of fun outfits and then on into the studio for the second set of images.  Man, we really had a blast!

And finally here is Madison’s senior hat that she wore to all the Clinton High School Dragon’s football games.  She styled it just the way she wore it, backwards and fun!

Congratulations Madison as you get ready for graduation and take the leap into the next chapter of your life!  It has been a joy to work with you and get to know you this year!

TN Theatre Styled Shoot

A meeting of coincidence allowed Noelle Bell Photography the opportunity to do a styled photo shoot at the TN Theatre.  With that kind of opportunity I also was able to work with many new vendors that I had been in conversation with for some time now like Bella Boutique, and a brand new friend in Raymie Alsobrooks who did an amazing job with makeup and brought along a friend who did a stunning job on the girls hair.

The historic TN theatre has always been a stunning place to go to see the Opera’s and musicals that I love, so the chance to photograph inside the theatre was amazing.  I did not want the traditional shots of the theatre, but my own creative images to showcase high school seniors, prom or homecoming dresses from Bella Boutique that I was photographing.  A huge thank you goes out to the TN theatre for the time they allowed us to photograph there.  I can’t wait to share the images with you.  Here are two of the images that I captured from Monday’s session.

This one is Molly in the stunning lobby of the theatre.  Molly is in musical theatre at Bearden High School, so the location was a perfect fit for her.  When were were trying on dresses she said she had never worn a blue dress before, but I think this color looked amazing on her!

Noelle Bell Photography, Knoxville TN, Prom Dress, Bella BoutiqueMadison is one of my Senior Spokesmodels from Clinton High School who also came for this shoot and had the opportunity to dance on the stage of the TN Theatre as well as model another dress from Bella Boutique.  Madison also was a perfect fit for this shoot as she has been dancing for years with Dream Dance in Clinton, TN.  I know she would love to come back and dance on this stage professionally someday.

Here are some of the fun images captured during the fashion shoot with three rising high school seniors.

Sydney in her vintage dress, with Marilyn Monroe curls!

Katie looking beautiful in her little black dress and amazingly soft curls

Maycie in her mom’s dress with a gorgeous updo taking her back in time!

And a fun outtake with the amazing Natalie who did all the hair and makeup!

Bridal Portrait, Knoxville Wedding Photographer

Sunday evening I had the opportunity to capture images of Jessica Mary in her gorgeous wedding dress that she picked up at a consignment shop for a song!!  I love the lace and the antique feel of it, and she looks fabulous in it too.  We did a session that took us from the campus of Pellissippi to the neighbor’s house to the studio.  Here is my favorite photo from the studio session that I have processed thus far.  This was a pose that not many brides prefer, a profile shot, but I wish we would take more of them.  This image is so classic in it’s feel and reminds me of an painting.  Oh course the backdrop helps with that too.  There is another image from our session on my Facebook fan page, so check it out if you have a minute!  It was good prep for another bridal session coming in April, but that one will be of the bride and groom.

Until next time…

Noelle
