Stacie and Andy’s wedding was beautiful, lovely, amazing and lined with some wonderful humorous moments! Here are two of those funny moments from my perspective, and trust me it was hard to hold the camera steady.
The first moment came when Stacie was inside with the girls, writing her letter to Andy and relaxing. Meanwhile, we were outside the church capturing images of Andy and his groomsmen. We had captured most of them when Andy requested we recreate a photo that had taken place at many of the weddings he had been in with some of his groomsmen. You know, the one where all the groomsmen are holding the groom parallel to the ground. He wanted to have the same image here at his wedding. Here are some of the “attempts” at “CATCHING” that image….enjoy!
I promise, they never dropped him!
The second favorite story was in the limo on the way to the reception. Andy and Stacie had asked me to ride with them in the limo to capture some of those moments of that trip. So on the the way to the reception, there was laughter, but mostly joy and happiness between Stacie and Andy and an incredible sense of relief. The wedding was over and they were finally man and wife! The nerves were gone and left was incredible happiness! So after some beautiful quiet moments to themselves….
they talked about the wedding and some of the moments they remembered. Then as we pulled through downtown Knoxville, Andy rolled down his window and started waving to people and then he began yelling out the window that he just got married!! These pictures tell the story….but much laughter was to be had as they pulled into the Marriott for the reception.
So that’s all for me today….if you have some funny memories to share, please do so in the comments below, as I’m sure Stacie and Andy would love to hear it from your perspective!!
Happy Anniversary Stacie and Andy! May your next year be even more wonderful.
Until next time…
While working on images to get ready to send in for my new marketing materials, I starting working on this image. I have to say it is one of my new favorite images from the wedding pictures, so I had to share it! Love love love these pictures you two!! Several images from the wedding are now in canvas form and on display at the Downtown Marriott here in Knoxville. If you are looking for a wedding photographer and you would like to see some of my work, go and check it out!! And certainly consider the Marriott a place for your wedding venue as they have beautiful and large areas to have your reception in.
Here is an image not on display, but soon will be showcased in my wedding marketing materials.
Remember to check out Stacie and Andy’s wedding images for another month online if you want to see all of the great images captured!
Until next time…
Mother’s Day was beautiful after a touch of rain the night before and what a gorgeous day for a wedding it was!! It definitely was a warm day for a wedding, but the beauty of the bride, turned up the heat! Chelsey was absolutely gorgeous. The veil was not something she wore over her face for the wedding, but she allowed me to take some portraits of her with the veil over her face and I think the images came out just stunning! Here are two of my favorites. Oh how I love capturing these images!
Chelsey, you were a beautiful princess!!
Simply Stunning!! I really love profile images.
I’m working away at Chelsey and Jackson’s images, so stay tuned! There are more to come!
Until next time…
2011 brings a new avenue to Noelle Bell Photography! Now serving up cookies and coffee in my own home where I have set up a small studio and a home office. The days of meeting at coffeehouses without the abundance of coffee creamer flavors to choose from are now long gone. There is a beautiful living area where the studio has been set up and since we rarely eat at the dining room table that room has been converted into a beautiful office space!
So sit back and enjoy a tour into Noelle Bell Photography.
As you walk in your ears pick up the soft strains of music as you are greeted by a member of Noelle Bell Photography. Your eyes scan over a comfortable living area with satin and textured pillows on sofas that you can sink into with cherry furnishings and beautiful images hung on the walls of children, families and couples. The scent of fresh baked cookies wafts through the air along with a wonderful aroma of coffee coming from the office. From the living room, depending on the day, you can see the backdrop hung against the wall ready for the next creative session where beautiful images will be captured.
As you walk past the open kitchen your eyes move towards the office, the comfortable seating arrangements, the coffee table stretched out in front of the seating area where magazines, sample albums and products sit. more wall displays and the large monitor for viewing your images after your session. There are two nice chairs to sink into for a consultation or a viewing session.
I will post some images at a later point in time, but this is the special treatment that you will receive when you come in to visit Noelle Bell Photography! There are even chairs for the kids, and toys in the corner for them to play with.
Until the next time…
Sunday evening I had the opportunity to capture images of Jessica Mary in her gorgeous wedding dress that she picked up at a consignment shop for a song!! I love the lace and the antique feel of it, and she looks fabulous in it too. We did a session that took us from the campus of Pellissippi to the neighbor’s house to the studio. Here is my favorite photo from the studio session that I have processed thus far. This was a pose that not many brides prefer, a profile shot, but I wish we would take more of them. This image is so classic in it’s feel and reminds me of an painting. Oh course the backdrop helps with that too. There is another image from our session on my Facebook fan page, so check it out if you have a minute! It was good prep for another bridal session coming in April, but that one will be of the bride and groom.
Until next time…
