Cameron Kuerschen, Grace Christian Academy, Senior Portraits, Noelle Bell Photography

Noelle Bell Photography had a wonderful time capturing Cameron Kuerschen’s senior pictures this last month.  Cameron will be graduating from Grace Christian Academy in May and will head off to East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN in the fall to play football there.

We started his senior portraits at Grace Christian Academy on the football field and captured some gritty and casual pictures with him in his football jersey.  The sun was shining high in the sky and though it was a little bright we captured some amazing images both on the field and around the stadium.  Cameron was so patient with me and his mom as we plotted out each image.

Here are some images from the field at Grace Christian Academy.

We ended the senior session with some images when we had the most magnificent sunset where all the clouds in the sky seemed to point right to Cameron.

And this was by far a favorite image of mine.  I love to capture an image of the parent with their soon to be graduate, and this is an image of Kathy and Cameron with that beautiful sunset in the background.  Kathy is a wonderful mom that has done a great job in raising her son to be sweet and kind and well-behaved.  (I was called ma’am a lot by Cameron)  Thank you so much for letting me capture what I know will be a special moment for you in years to come….letterman jacket and all!  Senior Pictures, Senior Boy, Football, Field, Barn, Noelle Bell Photography, Mother and SonThis was such a fun senior session and I can’t wait for them to see these images in their finished products.

A 5:00a Start to the Week, Mexico Team Send Off

This morning it was dark as the alarm woke me at 4:30 in the morning.  I haven’t used my alarm months, but this morning was special.  I needed to be at the airport to send off two of the girls from my Life Group and the rest of the team from the Foundry as they embarked on a mission trip to Tijuana, Mexico.

I jumped out of bed, changed and headed out the door with my camera to Pilot for some coffee and then enjoyed an almost empty highway drive to the airport.  There are so many going on the trip this year that I didn’t manage a team picture with the chaos of getting everyone through the ticket counter, so here are some of the smaller group pics that I was able to capture.

And the men of the trip (minus Blair and Will).

And here are a few of my girls, Katharine, Addison and Isabel!  Don’t we all look pretty good for 5am?!  By the way, my toes are almost the same color as your nails Addy!

And here is a quick pic with Blair before they went through security.  May God give you amazing presence of mind and wisdom as you lead and are lead in Tijuana!

Safe travels!  You will all be in my prayers this week as you serve and are used by God in Tijuana Mexico!  May the love of Christ shine in your hearts as brightly as your smiles shine on your faces.  Can’t wait to hear all about your trip when you return!

Madison Ivey, Clinton High School Class of 2014 Senior

This past year Madison was a spokesmodel for Noelle Bell Photography and we have had a blast over the year!  It all began back in February of last year when we did a fun shoot downtown with one of my 2013 senior spokesmodels, Caitlin Clayton and her mom Suzanne Clayton who is a hair and makeup artist.  Suzanne did a fun look for Madison and then we began the fun.  Madison is a dancer at the Dream Dance studio in Clinton, TN.

And here are a few images I could not share at the February shoot, but I can now.

This past year I had an opportunity to partner with Vintage Southern to photograph their clothes with some of my high school seniors and Madison was able to come along.  Here are a few of my favorite images from that shoot.

Before her senior session I had an opportunity to capture some images inside the Historic Tennessee Theatre of two of Bella Boutique’s prom dresses and Madison was thrilled as a dancer to be able to actually dance on the stage of the TN Theatre.  She has her heart set on coming back to dance professionally there someday.   The amazing Raymie Alsobrooks was there to do hair and makeup for this shoot and she was amazing!   Here are some of the images from that shoot.

And finally came her senior session.  Outside in the beautiful sun, with a bunch of fun outfits and then on into the studio for the second set of images.  Man, we really had a blast!

And finally here is Madison’s senior hat that she wore to all the Clinton High School Dragon’s football games.  She styled it just the way she wore it, backwards and fun!

Congratulations Madison as you get ready for graduation and take the leap into the next chapter of your life!  It has been a joy to work with you and get to know you this year!
